Luxx Spas swim spas include the following warranty coverage:

• 20 Year Warranty on Frame

• 5 Year Warranty on Acrylic

• 3 Year Warranty on Plumbing, Pumps, Heaters and Jets

 

 

 

2. Sales Policy 

 

All swim spa purchases made through Luxx Spas are final sale.

Due to the custom nature, size, and logistics involved in swim spa ordering:

• No returns are accepted under any circumstances

• No refunds will be issued after purchase

• Exchanges are not available
